Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: October 2024
Welcome to Zaréa Aesthetics. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking a treatment or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Clinical Consultations & Consent
All aesthetic procedures require a mandatory initial consultation. During this session, a full medical history will be taken to ensure suitability for treatment. Consent forms must be signed prior to any procedure. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate medical information, including allergies and current medications.
2. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided on this website and during consultations is for educational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice. Results of aesthetic treatments vary significantly between individuals. No guarantee of specific results can be made, as biological responses to clinical treatments are unique to each patient.
3. Liability & Risk
While Zaréa Aesthetics maintains the highest clinical standards, all aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, infection, or allergic reaction. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge these risks. Zaréa Aesthetics and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from treatment.
4. Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit may be required. We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy ensures our practitioners can manage their schedules effectively for all patients.
"Our commitment is to your safety and natural enhancement. These terms are designed to protect both our clinical standards and your personal well-being."
5. Privacy & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. All medical records and personal data are stored securely in accordance with relevant data protection legislation. Photography for clinical records is mandatory; however, social media use of images is strictly subject to your explicit written consent.
6. Right to Refuse Treatment
Zaréa Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if a practitioner deems the procedure unsafe or inappropriate for the patient, or if patient expectations cannot be realistically met. The practitioner's clinical judgment is final.
